Such data will be consulted and processed on paper or in electronic form in a controlled-access environment. Tracking of email communications

Communications sent by ECLISSE s.r.l. by email via mass-mailing platforms (including those sent for statistical or institutional purposes, or those sent for marketing purposes) may contain tracking technologies, such as tracking pixels. These technologies enable the detection of whether a message has been opened and, where applicable, whether any links contained therein have been interacted with, and may involve the processing of the email address, IP address, date and time of opening or interaction, as well as information relating to the device, operating system, browser or email programme used.
The processing is carried out, without the need for consent, where tracking is necessary for the sending and management of institutional or service communications, for verifying correct delivery, system and communications security, or the production of aggregated statistics on the effectiveness of communications; it therefore falls within the scope of purposes such as to ensure the proper functioning of the web pages and their content, and to obtain statistical information on the use of the services, and to provide assistance or get in touch with the user, or otherwise to respond to or follow up on requests sent by the user by completing data collection forms in dedicated sections of the Website or by telephone or email, or by requesting to use specific services available on the Website, and to manage activities related to the provision of the requested services, and within the scope of marketing purposes to the extent that the purpose does not include profiling or the personalisation of the content of communications.
However, should the opening or interaction data be used for marketing purposes, including personalisation or profiling, tracking takes place with the user’s consent, which may be withdrawn at any time via the link in the footer of the email. In the absence of such consent, marketing communications will continue to be sent, but the relevant data will not be collected or used for profiling or personalisation purposes.
